We have a team that have a wealth of experience and knowledge who can help and guide you through those important decisions.

Steve Clark

Steve is a Director of 44 Financial and the main adviser in the business. He has advised business owners and their employees on wealth management and protection for over 25 years. He has wide ranging experience in advising employers from SMEs right through to multinational employers with advice given from the Boardroom to the Shopfloor.

Steve has been advising some of his clients for twenty years. Over 80% of his clients came via personal recommendation, from people who value open and transparent advice.

He has particular experience in advising employers in the, charitable, not for profit and retail sectors.

Steve is married with three young children and if he ever has any free time spends it on his bike or following the ups and mainly downs of his beloved Dundee FC.

Kristi Milnthorpe

Kristi joined us in late 2012 as Client Services Administrator providing support and back up to our advisers.

Kristi joined after leaving school and is currently part of our Apprenticeship Programme. Kristi is studying for her Apprenticeship in Business Administration. Ultimately, Kristi would like to build on her experience in completing the Certificate in Financial Studies with the IFS School of Finance.

Kristi works on a daily basis with our clients.

Sue Clark

Sue is a Director of 44 Financial and has overall responsibility for operational matters within the Company.

Following a career spanning two decades in the pharmaceutical industry organising and delivering complex multinational drug studies Sue has turned her experience to providing the processes and support that will allow us to grow and develop.

Sue is married to Steve and when not working or looking after their children enjoys meeting friends and relaxing at the spa.

Adam Longley

Adam is a Director of Adam Longley Accountants Ltd and provides advice and support for the finance function within 44 Financial. Adam is licensed and regulated by the Association of Accounting Technicians.

As well as working within the business Adam works closely with Steve Clark on a number of joint clients.

Adam is one of the few people with more children than Steve & Sue being the proud father of four sons and a daughter.
